Rhubarb Pie Recipe
Rhubarb Pie Ingredients
- 4 cups diced rhubarb
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter, sliced on top of mixture
Directions
for Rhubarb Pie
Pour rhubarb mixture into crust
of pie pan and top with
a second crust.
Bake at 375 degrees until Rhubarb Pie is nicely brown.
