Sugar Cookie Recipe
Sugar Cookie Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 1/2 cups flour
Directions
for Sugar Cookies
Cream together sugar, eggs and margarine.
Sift dry ingredients together, add alternately with sour
cream. Don't make too stiff. Drop by spoonfuls onto
a cookie sheet. Grease the bottom of a glass and dip in
sugar. Use it to flatten each cookie. Bake at 350
degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Makes 6 dozen Sugar Cookies.
