Chip Cookie Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts
Directions
for Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mix the ingredients then form dough into small balls and place on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes at
375 degrees.
For chewier cookies, use 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white
sugar. Also, nuts are always an optional cookie ingredient. |
